The 'Nutrition for Life' Summer Course is for teachers interested in learning about nutrition,health and wellbeing. Knowledge attained, throughout the course, may be applied to participants' school and family lives. Topics/Activities include Micronutrients, Macronutrients, The Food Pyramid, Additives/Preservatives, Disease prevention, Label-reading, Moods and Depression and a Juicing Workshop.
